Your Connecticut CE requirements

12 hours every two years: the 3-hour mandatory CT Real Estate License Law course, plus 9 hours of approved electives.

Coming soon: all 12 hours for $90, the mandatory course plus any 3 electives.

  • Salespersons: complete CE by February 28, 2028.
  • Brokers: complete CE by August 31 of your renewal year.
  • CE is due 3 months before your license renewal.
  • Finishing late carries a DCP late fee of $315 to $625.
